Q: Is there any discount for longer stay?

A. yes, we usually give discount for staying longer than 2 days.

Q: Is there any deposit for my reservation?

A: yes, once confirmed, we will send you payment link, so you can pay online. For that reason, it is important that you send us your phone number when make reservation

Q: When is check in and check out time?

A: check-in is 4 pm and on, check-out is 11.am . should you need later check-out or earlier check-in, please contact us.

Q: How do I self check-in?

A: you will receiving automatic email one day before your arrival, we will send you all detail regarding check-in

Q: Is there private parking place?

A: yes, for each unit we have one parking place reserved for you. If you need more than one place, please contact us.

Q: Is breakfast included?

A. No. we don't supply breakfast. But in the kitchen you can find milk, coffee, tea, toast, jam, oat , etc for simple breakfast. if you need more than that, we can buy from local market for you upon request. cost at €10 per adult.

Q: Is there bed lien and bath towels?

A. Yes, we provide with them. If you stay longer, we will provide more for you.

Q: Is there anybody around in case we need some help or advice?

A. yes, we are living in the same building. Just ring the bell at the main entrance.

Q: Do i get discount if I book directly from you instead of booking.com or airbnb?

A. Yes, we offer 15% discount based on the price from booking.com.
